What are the terms of cancellation and refund of the reservation?
The terms of cancellation and refund of the reservation are indicated on the detail page of the boat you want to rent. Deckoy offers you three cancellation policies: flexible, medium and strict. The Tenant can cancel the reservation without any obligation within 3 (three) days following the confirmation of the reservation request.
