Can I Cancel the Booking?

If the Boat Owner cancels a finalized reservation or fails to provide the Boat and related services on the charter start date without canceling, Deckoy may assist the Charterer in finding a new Boat at its sole discretion. However, Deckoy has no obligation in this case to provide the Renter with a new Boat or to offer a compensation option for the canceled reservation. In this case, the Renter may take actions to protect his legal rights against the Boat Owner.
