The Tenant can cancel the reservation without any obligation within 3 (three) days following the confirmation of the reservation request. The 3 (three) day period regulated here refers to the 72 (seventy-two) hour period. In case the Tenant uses the right of free cancellation, the entire amount collected from the Tenant will be returned to the Tenant.
Medium Reservation: The lessee, the reservation is finalized 14 (fourteen) days before the rental start date. The Renter will be able to receive 40% (forty percent) of the rental price for cancellations from the expiry of the free cancellation period until the reservation is finalized, and the balance 60% (sixty percent) is collected by the Boat Owner.
